We also offer services related to the supply, installation, and maintenance of fire extinguishers to our clients. Our service plant is approved by Mercantile Marine Department/ Directorate General of Shipping (MMD / DGS), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and helps us in offering excellent services to our clients. These Fire Extinguishers & Fire Protection Systems, CE mark fire extinguishers, ISI mark fire extinguishers, clean agent, ABC dry powder, DCP, foam, water CO2, IRS / MMD / DGS, test facility, refilling, halon alternatives are manufactured as per Indian & International Standards.

Customization

We are engaged in offering customization facilities to our clients. We fabricate our extinguishers keeping in mind their needs and requirements. Our extinguishers are approved by ISI and are exported to various international markets.

Manufacturing Facilities

We have our manufacturing facilities at Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra. Our manufacturing unit is spread across an area of 10,000 square feet and has a high production capacity. It is well equipped with technically superior machines and tools, which are managed by our proficient team members.

Below mentioned are the sections and procedures involved in the manufacturing process:

Deep Drawing Section

The M.S. sheets are cut into circles and than drawn to required size by the PRESS in three stages by using the reverse drawing technology which ensures de stressing of material for higher strength

Machining Section

In this Section the deep drawn body is machined for smooth edges. It also ensures uniform length of the body

Welding Section

The bottom end is welded to the body with the help of an automatic fixture & neck ring is also welded to the body

Hydro-Testing / Pressure Testing Section

All the welded bodies are hydro tested to 30kg/cm2. They are kept for at least 2 min. under press to observe leakage

Anti Corrosive Treatment Plan

In this process all the rust & oil deposits on the body are cleaned, duly phosphated and passivation is carried out in seven stages as per IS standards. Hot phosphating improves the quality of anti corrosion & powder coating which shall pass salt spray test recommended by IS standards

Internal & External Powder Coating

In this Section the body is powder coated the externally as well as internally using automatic plant for uniform thickness of coat is checked by electronic coat meter

Powder Filling

In this section, squeeze grip valve with pressure gauge is fitted to the body & the body is filled with required capacity of DCP using automatic powder filling machine

Pressurizing

The Extinguishers are than pressurized by Nitrogen
